Return & Refund Policy

Flowers are a perishable good, hence only the following situations will result in returns being accepted:

Any problems with the order must be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery; if you call after hours, please leave a message with your phone number and the best time to reach you, and we will call you the next business day.

Any item that was damaged during transportation or that may have lost quality will be gratefully replaced.

We do not provide returns because the products are perishable; however, if the problem cannot be rectified, an in-store credit may be available.

Refunds are only accepted for "quality" reasons; "not like" the arrangement is not a valid reason to return.

There may be instances when it is necessary to substitute flowers of equal or greater value due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers. We will try our best to preserve the arrangement's "look and feel" by taking into account the general form, size, style, and color combinations. You might also use baskets and vases.
